If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange. Items must be:
· unused
· in the original packaging
· returned within 30 days of purchase
Exchanges can only be made for stock already on hand. Ie. Stock cannot be exchanged if the item is ordered specifically for the purchase.
Exchanges cannot be made for custom orders. For example, labels, prams with specific colours, etc.
Exchanges cannot be made if item is no longer stocked or the season has ended, or the product is now on sale.
Postage charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The exchange can occur directly at the shop at 83 Glenhuntly Road, Elwood.
In the event of faulty or damaged goods, the manufacturer/agent/wholesaler of the product will be contacted by Bimbi Kids. Faulty and/or damaged goods will be exchanged if and when the manufacturer / agent / wholesaler accepts that the good is faulty.
Unsuitable gifts
can be exchanged for something more suitable.

Send the item you would like to exchange. Postage
Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is
very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work
out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis;
